Nonkululeku Mabele

Nonkululeku’s story proves that NewDay United‘s dream to empower communities is right on track, providing education and hope!

We are so pleased to introduce you to Nonkululeku and her journey with NewDay United.

Here is what she has to say about her experience in our Computer Learning Centre course and her hopes for the future…

“My name is Nonkululeku Mabele. I am originally from Worcester and have been on the Computer End-user Course here at NewDay United. Before the course, I was at home for 3 years not working.
Before this, I did a counselling course and also a bit of data capturing. I did start an ECD course but was unable to finish it. And that is when I came to NewDay United for the computer course as I had heard about the course.

I found the course exciting and we had a brilliant facilitator in Jan; he has so much patience. Also, the 2 guys Avie and Rimone that assist in the class are very helpful.

My dream is to learn more and to be a professional in the technical aspects of the IT world.”

Nonkululeku finished the course and volunteered her services until she found work.

WE ARE EXCITED TO BE A PART OF THIS DRIVEN LADY’S JOURNEY AND HER FUTURE.
